Below is the amount of Single Family Homes that closed escrow during April 2012. Included is a breakdown of the type of listing each closing was. The month's closings were approximately 80% standard or equity sales which is an increase from the 70% of standard sales in March.

Below is the number of condominiums that closed escrow in April and the type of listing. Distressed properties accounted for 10 of the 19 condo transactions that closed escrow or approximately 63%. Last month distressed properties made up 65% of all condo closings. February's distressed percentage of closings was 77%. Both January's and December's distressed condominium closed sales were 65%. November 2011 distressed condo closings were 77%.
